Your practice is your practice
Your practice is your practice.
It doesn’t need to look like anyone else's. It won't feel like anyone else's. Our physical and emotional bodies are completely different from one another. We're human. We have different skeletal structures, different muscle narratives, different experiences, and different stories. Whether you're a gardener, a golfer, a dancer, a soccer player, a mother... Honor your body, honor your asymmetries, honor your practice.
By letting go of the idea of what should or shouldn't be, we can start to pay attention to how we feel. Giving ourselves space to become aware of what's going on with the body, to observe where the mind has gone, and to be present with the breath.
